The feeling is the secret to success. It really is. The feeling is the key. But what “feeling” is? If you struggle with Neville, then probably you have no idea. For sure it used to be my biggest mistake in the past.
How would you feel if your desire was already an accomplished fact?
Imagine that…
Uhmmmm…
If you just imagined that, for sure you felt something. This something, this feeling was an emotion. You felt an emotion. And emotions, different emotions are PART of the states. States are IDENTITIES, the who/ what you are.
Again, if you are trying to make it about emotions you are going to fail. Because a state is something to “wear” all day long and emotions simply don’t last so long.
Think about some state that you already have. Who you are already? A loving daughter/ son? Proud mom? Choose something simple. And now, how do you feel as such? Maybe you feel some emotions here, but mostly you just KNOW that that’s you. It’s something obvious, NATURAL. You need to feel natural about your desires.

While doing your sessions, you don’t need to feel any emotions at all. But you have to feel that this is reality.
Feel THAT something, no feel something.
Have you ever lost your keys, but KNEW that you are going to find them and you did? That was it. When you knew that you will find them, you were sure about it, you were in the state of your keys being found = your wish being fulfilled.
Feeling is knowing, having the feeling THAT, sensing something.
