Your Life is a Reflection of your Thoughts

What you consistently think about you bring about.

Thoughts are like seed:

You plant them…….

You water them……

You nurture them…..

They WILL produce fruit!

In quantum physics we learn that:

“Where your attention goes, focus goes. Where focus goes energy flows. Where energy flows, substance manifest.”

In other words, your life is a reflection of your thoughts – what I call the thought-seeds you plant and give energy to.

More precisely, your life is a reflection of the unconscious assumptions you make about life and your relationship to it.

Whatever you expect to happen is determined by the thoughts you dwell upon plus the intensity of the emotions behind those thoughts. It is worth repeating that our subconscious does not question the validity of the data we present to it. It merely processes it and attracts to us what we believe to be true.

Your brain functions like missile seeker. Whenever you present it with a question it will go look for an answer to that question.

Why are you happy?

Can you see what just happened, your brain started on its own volition, to look for an answer.

Once it finds the answer it will present it to you. Now the fun thing is that if you ask yourself the question, “why am I happy”, your brain will do the same, go look for the answer.

If you actually think that you are not happy, but have stated the question, “why am I happy”, your brain will now have to give you reasons (results) of “why you are happy”.

Ain’t that awesome? This is one of the greatest manifesting principles of all time and totally overlooked by most “guru’s out there.

It doesn’t matter how we acted today or yesterday.

Once our subconscious gets hold of our new thought, “why am I happy”, our brain-mind, functioning together through our central nervous system, will take over and we will automatically assume that it has to give you a reason to be happy. The key is to be able to ask empowering questions instead of disempowering questions.

You have to realize that there are a mechanism that records every seed – thought you’re planting on the inside (subconscious) and play them back to you on the outside

That mechanism is called your life!

If you could record your internal seed – thoughts it might sound something like this…

  • Why am I so broke?
  • Why don’t I have enough money?
  • How come I’m not more successful?
  • How come I can never get ahead?
  • Why do other people have so much more money than I do?

Remember your brain functions like missile seeker. Whenever you present it with a question it will go look for an answer to that question.

So what do you think will happen if you unknowingly ask yourself these negative questions in the example I just gave you?

The answers would be things showing up in your life that reflect the disempowering questions you’ve been unconsciously asking.

For example, if you’ve been unknowingly asking, Why am I so unhappy?…

The answers will show up as you being unhappy, no matter how many good things happen to you.

If you’ve been unconsciously asking, Why don’t I have enough money?…

The answers will show up as your lack of money, no matter how hard or how long you work.

And if you’ve been unwittingly asking, Why can’t I “lose” weight?…

The answer will show up as your not being able to “lose” weight, no matter how many diet and exercise programs you try.

That’s why all of the goal-setting in the world won’t work when this is the case – because you have been asking yourself disempowering questions you simply don’t believe that you can reach your goals in the first place.

Whatever you expect to happen is determined by the thoughts you dwell upon through the questions you ask reflected through those thoughts. It is worth repeating that our subconscious does not question the validity of the questions you ask. It merely processes it and attracts to us what we ask. “ask and you will receive” Bible

Every problem is simply a question that hasn’t been answered yet.

By now you understand that your thoughts are determined by the kinda questions you ask yourself and I trust that you also have a better understanding of disempowering questions, but you may be asking, “If those are disempowering questions, what are empowering questions – and how can I start asking those questions instead of the negative ones?”

I’m glad you asked!

Empowering questions have precisely the opposite effect than disempowering questions. While disempowering questions focus your mind on everything you don’t have and take away your power to act, empowering questions focus your mind on what you have, what you can do, and Who You Really Are.

In short, empowering questions unleash your ability to take ACTION.

Empowering questions unleash your ability to take ACTION.

The answers to empowering questions produce feelings of positive self-worth and ultimately lead to answers that tell the truth about Who You Really Are.

How do we learn to change our disempowering questions into more empowering will be the focus of our upcoming training event on “How to Create Effortless Success in your Life and Business”

I Dare YouTo:

Stop asking yourself disempowering questions by assuming you can’t. Start asking yourself empowering questions by assuming you can
